All visits are either done before or after my work and are always booked at a time where the chances of me being delayed are lower. I work as a Business Improvement Officer for a housing company in Winchester and due to me being able to work flexible, this helps me cater my clients times with more ease so I can offer more slots to fit them. What kind of care can my cat expect? Simply put… whatever they need. Every cat is unique, so I tailor my care to suit their personality and routine. I have experience with: * Administering medication (including hiding it in treats for fussy cats like my own!) * Walking cats on harnesses * Playing, grooming, feeding, cleaning litter trays, and, of course, providing lots of love and attention Before your booking, I’ll arrange a consultation so I can learn everything about your cat. If they love sofa cuddles at 8:21 pm… that’s exactly what we’ll do. If playtime is at 7:30 pm… perfect! My aim is to fit seamlessly into your cat’s routine, keeping life as familiar and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Will I receive updates? Absolutely! After every visit, you’ll receive: * My arrival and departure times * Photos, videos, or both * An update on how your cat is doing If I’m ever delayed due to traffic or another unavoidable circumstance, I’ll let you know immediately. I’ll always make sure your full visit is completed, and sometimes I may even stay a little longer at no extra charge… after all, who can resist extra cat cuddles? What if I need to extend a booking? I’ll always do my very best to accommodate any changes. If you know you’ll need extra visits or a longer booking, please let me know as soon as possible. Last-minute or same-day changes may incur an additional fee, depending on availability. Do you offer overnight or weekend visits? Weekend visits are available. Overnight stays may also be possible on occasion and can be discussed during your consultation.

During our initial consultation, I’ll discuss any health conditions, medications, or special care requirements your cat may have to ensure they receive the best possible care. I’ll also ask about any potential hazards in your home that could pose a risk to either your cat or myself during my visits. All of this information will be recorded on a consultation form, which we will both review and sign. We will each keep a copy for our records, ensuring everything is clearly documented and agreed upon before care begins. What happens if my cat has an emergency? If your cat becomes unwell or is injured while you’re away, their wellbeing will always be my first priority. I will: * Contact you immediately * Keep you updated throughout * Take your cat to your nominated veterinary practice (or the nearest emergency vet if necessary) Any veterinary costs, emergency travel, or additional visit time required will be chargeable, and all receipts will be provided.

Your Cat’s Comfort Comes First

Cat care experience

Hi everyone! As someone who has grown up with cats my entire life, and always worried about leaving my precious fur babies in someone else’s care, I completely understand the questions, concerns, and anxieties that come with choosing a cat sitter. Your cats are family, and finding someone you can trust is so important. Below are some of the questions I get asked most often. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. No question is too small! Do you have experience looking after cats? Absolutely! I have grown up with cats all my life so I am not stranger to their needs and I am currently a proud cat dad to a gorgeous girl: Doris, my beautiful tortoiseshell domestic shorthair (although I mostly call her “Tidley” because she’s such a tiny kitty!). While I love being an uncle to my nieces and nephews, I’ll admit it… I’m a cat dad through and through! Caring for cats isn’t just something I do, it’s something I genuinely love.

Toby has a kind and caring nature about him and always loves to go above and beyond for the cats he is looking after. As somebody who has had a bad experience in the past with putting my cats into a cattery when I have gone on holiday, I know that if I go away and leave Toby in charge to look after them, they normally don’t actually realise I have gone away as the love he gives each cat is the same and just as strong as the love I give them myself. I love that he regularly will send updates to me, as it just gives me the extra piece of mind knowing they are all ok. Would 100% recommend Toby.

Toby has a genuine love for animals and a natural ability to make them feel safe and comfortable. He is dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. I would confidently recommend Toby to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate pet caregiver.

I have known Toby for many years and he has always been a cat lover. I own 3 cats myself and have asked Toby to look after them on all occasions when he is available and I can confirm that he treats my furbabies as if they are his own. Toby goes above and beyond when taking the time to get to know the cats and even when the visit time has ended, he won’t go until he is certain the cats are fully settled and calm which shows a high level of detail and as a client it gives me a high level of customer satisfaction.
