Hi there! I’ve always been a cat lover and have enjoyed looking after my family’s cats since I was a child. I have over 5 years of experience caring for cats of different ages and personalities, from playful kittens to older cats. I’ve also looked after shy and nervous cats. I have a naturally calm and patient personality and enjoy connecting with each cat’s individual energy. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet and home in someone else’s care, and I always treat both with respect and responsibility. I make sure doors and windows are securely closed when I leave, follow any instructions regarding keys and security, and keep the home clean and tidy.

Silvia was a lovely companion to our little black cat. She was great at communication and we got lots of updates of a very happy, playfull, purry kitty. Would recommend to anyone!
My cat developed a slight medical problem on the eve of my holiday, which meant an emergency vet home visit on the morning I was due to go away, resulting in some prescribed medication. Silvia was, understandably, a bit uncertain at first when I asked if she was willing to take on this change in circumstances with the promise that I would come home if it didn't work out, but she stepped up and agreed still to honour the booking and give Minou her medication for the next five days. I think Silvia and Minou then got along well together, and the updates from Silvia meant I was able to start to relax after a few days. I would be happy to book Silvia again.

Silvia was excellent - very reliable and easy to communicate with. She sent us regular updates and pictures, which we really appreciated. More importantly, Billy was very well cared for and enjoyed all the cuddles and attention that Silvia gave him. We would definitely have her come and look after Billy again.

Schedule
I currently work Wednesday to Saturday at a local shop in Stoke Newington, so I have three days off each week. I’m more flexible on my days off and can spend more time with the cats during the day. On my working days, I can usually arrange a visit before work and another after work/evening. I’m happy to discuss the best schedule for each cat based on their individual needs and routine.
- Silvia can host up to 1 drop-in visit per day
- I appreciate clear instructions about feeding, litter trays, keys/access, and emergency contacts. The more I know about their usual routine, the easier it is for me to make them happy while you’re away 😊
