Hey everyone my name is Shana. Originally I am from Belgium but have lived in the UK for 10 years now. I have had cats from a very young age and have always shown a passion in caring for our feline counterparts. As a young child I would make my parents stop on the side of the road if there was a kitty that needed moving after an unfortunate incident. And a perfect day out would be visiting my local shelter when I was younger. My best friend was always my cat and that hasn't changed going into adulthood. I was a volunteer for cats protection which I stopped due to moving areas but still volunteer on my own time doing transport or collecting it anything that's required when people ask for help on social media. I worked as a receptionist at a vet for a short period as well which has brought me even closer to our feline friends. I have currently got two cats myself both with health issues. One has asthma and gets a daily inhaler. The other has early stages of kidney issues and needs help with feeding or she gets sick easing. But they are my family and I will do anything for them. I have experience with administrating medication and cutting nails. I'm hoping to also do a course in pet first aid eventually.
