Scarlett was amazing from the first contact, with very quick responses and proactivity. She was very attentive and we felt at ease leaving our cat (who takes daily medication) under her care. She sent photos and updates everyday, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She was excellent throughout! We will definitely be booking Scarlett again and cannot recommend her highly enough!

My two cats Fudge and Eevee had a lovely experience being looked after by Scarlett and her partner Keith. I hadent been away for over four years and was extremely nervous about leaving them. As soon as I met Scarlett and Keith and had a chat with them about my furry kids requirements and times of feedings, etc... I knew that they would be perfect for the job . One of my cats Eevee is quite sociable and friendly, especially when food is being given!🤭. The other one named Fudge is quite a nervous little sole, he is very reserved and tends to hide when strangers are around and only comes out when the 'coast is clear' Fudge did make himself scarce for the first day or two, but once he realised that they were no threat and that he felt safe, he stopped hiding, allowing Scarlett and Kevin to pet him and take photo's of him. I was updated twice a day with messages, photo's and video's of them enabling my anxiety of leaving them to completely evaporate, allowing me to enjoy my short break with complete peace of mind. It was also lovely to come home to a clean litter tray, washed up cat bowls and any remnants of smelly opened food sachets, food waste and soiled cat litter which had been disposed of in my outside relevant bins. I would 💯% use them again!❤️

Scarlett was great from start to finish. Responded within minutes of my enquiry, offered to pick up keys around my schedule, was clearly a cat lover and took lots of pictures for me. Will ask her next time if she is free!

I am happy with the care provided for my two cats while I was away. Communication was excellent throughout, and I received updates after every visit, which gave me peace of mind knowing they were being well looked after. One of my cats is shy, and I appreciated that she was patient and respectful of her boundaries rather than forcing interaction. It was clear that she understood how to make cats feel comfortable in their own way. I returned home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter.

Scarlett was fantastic. She was friendly and communicative including sending us updates which were warmly welcomed knowing our kitten was happy and in good hands! Will definitely book Scarlett again 😊
