Experienced cat owner and cat sitter
I've owned cats for over twenty years and currently have three of my own. But I am always happy to make friends with new cats. I live in High Heaton in Newcastle and know how hard it is to find cat sitters but know that cats would often rather stay in their home than go to a strange place or travel. I have experience of working with vulnerable young people and adults. I work for a charity and also as a playwright, reviewer and script reader so am often working from home. I am responsible, tidy and flexible. If you want your cats cuddled or played with then I can do that - if you just want me to check in on them and feed them and change the water and/or their litter then that's fine too. I have cared for older cats and cats with various medical needs so understand the worry you may have and love they need. I will send you daily photos or videos of your cat(s) so you can see how they are getting on. I am self employed and have a car and clean driving licence. I have also completed a Veterinary Assistant course including animal first aid and welfare.

Roz is a wonderful lady, she looked after Mack over the hot bank holiday weekend, making sure he had everything he needed. He is a complex cat who finds strangers hard to deal with when his human is away. She kept me updated everyday, making it easy to enjoy my time away. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Roz
Roz was a great sitter for our girls, excellent communication throughout the whole time and updated me daily with photos and videos! She even managed to conquer our Marie which is a very scared cat. I highly recommend booking Roz for your cat sitting needs.
This is the third time I’ve used Roz and she was amazing as always! My cat Albus is a bit unsure around new people but he’s warmed up to Roz and will now accept pets and we’ve had potential lap sitting. The videos, photos and updates always put my mind at ease when I’m away. :)
Roz was absolutely amazing with Agnes. She sent me pics and videos and kept me informed as to how she was. I would highly recommend Roz and will definitely book her again!
Roz has looked after our cat on several occasions. We were very nervous about our first time away from him, but reassuringly he could not have been in safer or kinder hands. Roz texted us updates and photos, and our cat was very relaxed, happy and well looked after. We know he is being cared for excellently, and plan only to use Roz in the future!
