Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine, as both my partner and I genuinely love spending time with animals. Working together allows us to provide plenty of attention, supervision, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. We understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so we take the time to learn their needs and make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in our care. Whether it's a long walk, keeping an energetic dog active, or giving a shy cat a calm and relaxing environment, we work as a team to ensure each pet receives the care and attention they deserve. We also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident and connected while they're away.

Because there are two of us, your pet benefits from extra supervision and companionship throughout the day. When caring for pets in their owner's home, we respect both the pet's routine and the owner's space. We follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions carefully to ensure consistency and minimize stress for your pet.

Information about feeding schedules, exercise needs, favourite activities, sleeping arrangements, and any medical conditions or medications is always helpful. We also appreciate knowing how your pet interacts with new people, other animals, and unfamiliar environments, as well as any fears, anxieties, or behaviours you'd like us to be aware of. The more we know in advance, the better we can provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience tailored to your pet's needs. Our goal is to make every pet feel at home and ensure their routine stays as consistent as possible while you're away.

A typical day with us is filled with attention, play, exercise, and plenty of affection. For dogs, this usually includes walks tailored to their energy level, playtime with toys, games, and lots of opportunities to explore and stay active. We also make sure there's time to relax, receive cuddles, and feel at home. For cats, we focus on interactive play, enrichment activities, gentle attention, and creating a calm, comfortable environment where they can settle in at their own pace. Because there are two of us, your pet benefits from extra companionship and engagement throughout the day. We love getting to know each pet's personality and adapting activities to what they enjoy most, whether that's a long walk, a game of fetch, belly rubs, or simply curling up for a nap nearby. Our goal is for every pet to feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away.

We are a calm and caring couple who genuinely love cats and understand their unique personalities and routines. We take time to earn each cat’s trust, especially shy or anxious cats, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their own space. We are experienced with feeding routines, litter box care, playtime, and providing gentle attention based on each cat’s comfort level. We also pay close attention to any special instructions, including medication or senior care needs. What sets us apart is our patience, consistency, and the fact that there are two of us—so your cat gets extra attention and supervision while still enjoying a calm, stress-free environment. We always aim to make your cat feel relaxed, secure, and well cared for while you’re away.

First time leaving my babies/home, Rossy was insanely on point with updates+notifications of arrival in case I wanted to call. Followed all instructions. I was very panicked to leave for almost 2 weeks but I did not stress even one second whilst I was away thanks to her care. Gave me the best holiday peace of mind possible. Beyond grateful.
Rossy was great and sent me daily updates, videos and photos of my little fluff. She was very friendly and attentive, and had a great sense of responsibility towards the house and Laima. I highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Rossy's services. She had a great communication throughout and sent me photos and videos of my cat Joanna playing! The water and food bowls were kept full, and everything was in order and tidy in the house. Also, she handed me the keys on the same day. Rossy was lovely! Overall really impressed!
I needed a last minute sitter and Rossy was very accommodating to arrange keys collection and provide all necessary info regarding my cat Jasmine. She sent me photos and even had a video chat to see how Jamine was enjoying her play time! Super quick in dropping keys upon my return as well. Highly reccommend her, she is a lovely person :)
