Having looked after my own family’s pets (predominantly cats, although a few dogs!) while they’ve been away, I am well experienced with caring for animals and ensuring they are enriched, fed, and loved! Having had pets in the past, I understand how it feels to leave them behind whilst you’re away, but rest assured your little ones are safe with somebody experienced and motivated to keep them safe. My current motivations for picking up pet sitting are earning a few pennies on the side whilst I am at home, as I can always use some more company 🐾 . Hope to be of help soon!

Schedule
I work from home full-time, so I’m able to give cats plenty of attention, companionship and care throughout the day. This means they won’t be left alone for long periods and I can easily stick to their usual feeding, play and medication routines if needed. I’m also flexible with my schedule, so we can adapt to each cat’s individual needs and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while you’re away.

I have a clean, quiet and cat-friendly flat with plenty of cosy places to relax, climb and nap. My large living room window overlooks the canal, with lots of high perches where curious cats can enjoy watching the swans and other wildlife pass by. I’ll make sure windows are secure, keep any hazards out of reach, and always provide a calm, safe environment where cats can feel at home. I know every cat has a different personality, so I’ll always respect their boundaries while giving them as much attention and affection as they want.
A typical day
Every cat is different, so I like to follow their routine and let them set the pace. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, clean litter trays, spend quality time playing with their favourite toys, and give them plenty of cuddles if they enjoy affection. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know they’re happy and well.
