I work from home so I am more than happy to pop out locally before / after school drop offs and lunchtimes or early evening to visit your cats, feed them, clear their litter and provide lots of attention (the best part!).

A typical day
Every cat is different, I do love a lap cat who is happy to hop onto my lap for lots of cuddles / brushing. Some cats love to play with various toys whereas others are happy to keep themselves to themselves. I will always respect the cat and their wishes. I adore kittens and will always play with them so that they sleep easy after my visit.

Hi, I’m Nicola, a cat lover and mum of 4, living between the commons just off Northcote Road. One of the things I truly love is spending time with cats! Cats have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm in the Sussex countryside, surrounded by them from an early age. My first cats, Peppermint and Humbug, were two beautiful sisters who quickly became part of the family. We later kept one of Peppermint’s kittens, Buster, and welcomed more rescues over the years, Jaffa, Twiglet, and Muffet. While I’d love to have my own, my husband is allergic, so cat-sitting is the next best thing!

Nicola was a fantastic cat sitter. Our cat, Saga, loved her - which isn't the case for everyone - and it was so reassuring for us to know that she was being well cared for. Nicola sent through updates and lots of videos during each visit. We came home to a super relaxed cat thanks to Nicola.

Nicola was absolutely brilliant looking after my cat while I was away. She took the time to do a really thorough meet and greet beforehand, asking lots of questions so she could understand his routine and personality, which immediately put my mind at ease. During her visits she sent wonderful videos and detailed updates, so I always knew he was happy and well cared for. She was kind, gentle and incredibly reliable, and it was obvious she genuinely loves animals. She also went above and beyond by bringing in my post and parcel and making key collection easy when I got home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Nicola again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, conscientious and trustworthy cat sitter. First of all, I’d just love to thank you so much Nicola for taking such good care of my cats!! I would highly recommend Nicola to anybody looking for quality care for their cats. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum unlike some people who think this means simply feeding, watering and changing the letter. She genuinely LOVES animals and really takes the time to comfort and play with them and adapt to their unique needs. She very generously sent me plenty of videos and updates on my two cats and I could really tell that she made the effort to bond with them. I will definitely be booking her again and know that I can have peace of mind whilst I’m away.
