Our (very demanding) cat really likes Lizzie, she is calm and gentle. We get regular pictures and updates which is really reassuring when we are away. We've booked Lizzie a few times now and will continue to book with Lizzie.

My cats are alive so the main goal has been met. Lizzie is warm and the cats seemed to like her. However, I wouldn’t use Lizzie again as a few things make it tricky to 100% fully trust her. My neighbour also had a key and would check in on the cats on occasion but I didn’t wish to rely solely on my neighbour since it’s a lot to ask of someone when away for two weeks. Lizzie didn’t give the food in the order that I’d set out. I think she also may have missed a couple of feedings. She said she’d cleaned the litter robot when the app said she hadn’t. Hard to know for sure when I’m so far away. Small things but small things that make it tricky to use her again as I don’t have full trust. On the positive, she is a lovely human. Even my nervous cat was comfortable with her. And my cats are alive after the two weeks. So that’s a win.

I returned home to two happy cats, looked after by Lizzie while i was on holiday. She was very flexible and quick to respond to my messages. I recommend wholeheartedly!

Lizzie was taking care of my cat for several days, and she was always responsive and easy to talk to. My cat is quite shy with new people , and I was so glad to see her being comfortable with Lizzie. Lizzie was taking care of all essential needs of my cat like feeding wet food, refreshing her water and wc & playing with her. Absolutely brilliant.

Lizzie has stayed over night with our cats several times now. We always come home to happy cats and a tidy house.

I was extremely anxious about leaving Rupert as we had never left him for 10 days before. Lizzie was very understanding and reassuring. She took good care of him and sent regular updates. We came home to a happy and healthy furbaby, couldn’t ask for more than that! I’m sure he’ll look forward to seeing her next time we go away!!
