Leo was great with our kitten! He was super flexible and open to any possible information we could provide, asking any questions if he was unsure. Leo provided frequent updates which was great as we were quite nervous leaving our kitten so young. Leo is an excellent sitter! It was my first time using a cat sitter service and I was nervous, but he was very quick to reply and had a video call with me on the day since our schedules didn't allow us to meet in person. He always checked in with me about what my preferences were, instead of guessing or assuming, which I think is a great quality. I find him to be trustworthy, responsible, sincere, and honest. Toffin was nervous at first but warmed up to him eventually, enough to enjoy some cuddles. Leo kept sending me updates including photos which gave me a great peace of mind. I'll definitely use his service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other anxious cat owners who truly loves their cat!
