This was my first time leaving my cat, Robin, for an extended period of time and the first time using a cat sitter. Laura was excellent! She responded promptly to my initial message and was friendly and professional. She kept in touch with me and sent updates whilst I was away, which really helped to put me at ease. She went above and beyond, drawing curtains and leaving a light on in the evenings. It was clear that Robin felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed her company too. Thank you so much Laura!
