I work part-time with flexible shifts, which leaves me with lots of availability to look after your cats! I am generally available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I can adapt to your preferred times. I keep my calendar up to date on my profile, so you can always view my availability. I aim to keep visits as consistent as possible to match your cat’s usual routine and reduce any disruption while you’re away. I keep feeding areas clean, refresh water, and maintain a hygienic litter tray. I also pay close attention to your cat’s behaviour, appetite, and general wellbeing, and will let you know straight away if anything seems unusual. I treat every home with respect by keeping things tidy, locking up securely, and ensuring everything is left exactly as I found it. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can feel confident that your cat is safe, happy, and well cared for. This could through the Rover app, WhatsApp or iMessages. Whatever your preferred method of contact is.

Before booking, it’s helpful to know as much as possible about your cat so I can provide the best care. Please let me know about their usual routine, personality, and any specific preferences or behaviours. It’s also important to share any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or medications in advance. I’m very happy to care for cats with additional needs, and this won’t affect my willingness to take on a booking- I simply like to be fully prepared so I can make sure your cat is comfortable, safe, and well looked after.
A typical day
Each visit is tailored to your cat’s routine and personality, so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. During each visit, I make sure your cat is fed and has fresh water, and I clean the litter tray. I then spend time with your cat based on what they enjoy. This could be interactive play for more energetic cats, or quiet company and gentle affection for those who prefer a calmer approach, or it could be a bit of both. I never force interaction and always let your cat come to me at their own pace, which is especially important for shy or nervous cats.

Hello! My name is Kyra and I offer flexible cat sitting services to meet the needs of both you and your cats or kittens. I have grown up with cats and I currently have two of my own, who I adore very much. I understand how important it is for cats to feel comfortable and secure in their home environment so I focus on providing calm, attentive care and always adapt to each cat’s personality. I am very enthusiastic about caring for cats and ensuring that they are happy. I offer daily drop-in visits for feeding, cleaning litter trays, cuddles, playtime and making sure your cat feels safe and comfortable in your absence.
