Joy was incredible. Professional, flexible and kind throughout the whole process. I have two cats, one has severe social anxiety. Gigi started by suspiciously watching Joy from a safe distance and within days was standing on her laps demanding strokes. I felt totally confident the cats were in safe, caring hands, leaving me to enjoy my holiday.

Joy is amazing as always. She is extremely flexible with bookings and always tries to accommodate our needs. Kalahari also really enjoys spending time with her.
Joy has great communication and was very flexible with days that were not consecutive. She went out of her way to help us. I could see from the photos how relaxed our cats were with her and how much fun they were having as she took the time to play with them and give them loads of strokes. She went above and beyond just feeding them, really interacting with them. I have to mention her photography skills as I've ended up with some of the best photos of Hector playing. I've never been able to capture those moments. Thank you Joy.
