I work full-time Monday to Friday but do have reasonably flexible hours which means I can accommodate most morning and evening visits. I may be able to do lunchtime visits too depending on location. I can visit any time at the weekends. I'm also open to discussing overnight stays or extended visits and frequently do both when I am available to.

I appreciate the trust you put in me letting me into your home, so I will always respect that. I will follow any instructions about where your cat is and isn't allowed, and I always clean up and leave your house as I found it. I am happy to take bins out, open and close curtains, turn lights on and off etc - whatever you and your cats want!

As much information as possible helps me to provide the best care for your cat. I keep notes of any information you tell me but also always appreciate written instructions if you want to leave me extra info or message me it. I like to know your cat's personality and if they will want attention and play from me, their favourite food and meal times, any toys they especially like, places they are and aren't allowed in the house, how you dispose of their litter etc!
A typical day
I very much tailor my visits to each individual cat. Some of my catsitting cats love to play, some love company in which case I am happy to sit with them and just spend time with them. Others are timid and I will just change their litter tray, feed them, then leave them be. It's all about respecting each individual cat.

Hello, I'm Hannah! I was a bit late to appreciating cats, but have more than made up for lost time since. I fell in love with cats when we adopted our first family cat, Spikey, in 2012 and I currently have 2 of my own, Max and Messi, who I love more than anything on earth. I've been catsitting since 2014 and still look after my first ever clients' cats 12 years later. I also used to foster cats for my local Cats Protection branch, looking after a cat and her 5 kittens, old cats, cats with serious medical problems, cats with behavioural problems and everything in between. I love getting to meet so many different cats, and I genuinely love every cat I've looked after. I've only ever had one catsitting cat that didn't like me, but recently after 3 years she has decided she likes me!! I hate leaving my cats so I really appreciate the need to have them looked after exactly as you would. I love taking photos and videos and can provide as many updates as you want.

From the first meeting, Angus was clearly comfortable with Hannah. Angus is 10 and this is the first time we have had to consider cattery or cat sitting when on holiday. I feel so lucky that we came across Hannah's profile. From there the whole process was with ease. When on holiday Hannah went above and beyond and from the updates and photos we could tell that Angus was in good hands. He was being affectionate and playful with Hannah, which was lovely to see. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a cat sitter and would not hesitate to ask her to check in on Angus the next time we are away from home.
Hannah was very flexible and understanding regarding changing leaving times due to situations out-with our control.
