Emma looked after my cat Elcky while I was away, and I honestly couldn't have wished for anyone better. From our first conversation, she was warm, reassuring, and clearly passionate about caring for animals, which immediately put my mind at ease. It was very reassuring knowing Elcky was being looked after. When I came home, Elcky was happy, relaxed, and her usual self. It's obvious that Emma genuinely cares about the pets she looks after and treats them as if they were her own.
