I currently work full time Mon-Fri. So my visits would be mornings before 6am and evenings after 5:30pm I spend 30-45mins on each visit, making sure they have fresh food and water in a clean bowl and have the littertray scooped/refreshed on each visit. I then spend the rest of the time with the cats. Giving fuss and cuddles or just talking to them depending on each of their personalities. I completely understand that each cat requires a different approach, especially when it comes to a stranger in their safe space. I will always go at the cats pace and never rush any interaction

I have two cats of my own. I will always suggest a trial night just to make sure your cat is OK in this environment before committing to boarding. I have the option of having the run of the house with my cats or having the luxury of their own room. I would stay in that room overnight so they are not lonely and keep my two cats out at all times. I would always suggest staying overnight at their own home tho. With my experience with boarding can cause unnecessary stress for your cat and I always find a cat in their own safe space is 100X more happier.

A typical day
Each cat is different and so it would really depend on each one. I find the first few visits, every cat can be wary of a stranger in their safe space. But I will alway try to play first. Favourite toy or some string. It sounds crazy, but just talking to the more nervous cats always helps to bring them out of their shells. For the even more nervous ones, i just give them space and sit quietly. I'll wait until they are OK with me being in their space before forcing any interaction

Hello! I’m a reliable and caring cat sitter with a genuine love for cats and their individual personalities. I work during the day, but I’m available for early morning and evening drop-in visits, as well as overnight stays when needed. I understand that cats are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar environment, so I generally prefer caring for them in their own safe space where they can keep their normal routine and feel relaxed. During visits, I can provide feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime, cuddles (if they want them!), and regular updates for owners. I can also administer medicine if needed. I can also offer boarding for a cat or cats in certain situations, ensuring they have a calm, safe, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I’m patient, trustworthy, and happy to care for shy, nervous, or more independent cats as well as affectionate ones. Your cat’s comfort, routine, and wellbeing will always come first.

From the meet and greet, Cheryl was very attentive and made us feel completely at ease with leaving our cats in her care while we went away. Throughout our break we had regular in depth updates and photos to give us insight - she’s clearly a cat person and they all adored her! I would 100% recommend Cheryl, she was absolutely amazing with my two girls.Cheryl is made for this job. she put the cat lickums in the freezer as she knew it was going to be hot the next day, my parcel arrived and she put it on the table so I could see it on the cat camera, She kept me updated throughout the week, will definitely use her again.
Cheryl was an instant hit with Libby, my cat. Normally shy, Libby didn't run and hide, and actually interacted with Cheryl when she came to care for her. Just brilliant. Thank you
