I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, it was clear that Charlotte genuinely loves and understands cats, and that made all the difference while I was away. She visited twice a day exactly as arranged, making sure my cat had everything he needed. Every visit came with wonderful updates, including lovely photos and videos that completely put my mind at ease. It was such a comfort to see my cat looking relaxed and playful. Returning home, I found a calm, happy, and well-cared-for cat, which is the best reassurance any pet owner could hope for. This was my first time using a cat sitter service. One of my cats is diabetic and so it’s always a concern with him needing insulin injections. Charlotte was brilliant with him, my other cat is not really a people cat, but he decided Charlotte was the exception to that and he became Mr friendly, happy to eat his food in front of her. They both greeted her every day like their long lost friend. She sent lots of videos and pictures which helped me be at ease and know they were ok. Highly recommend.
