Hello :) I'm Carly, an Admissions Administrator located in Darlington with a love of all things cat. I've been a cat owner for 8 years now and I grew up with pets. My own cat, Aslan, has taught me how to have patience, and how there's absolutely nothing wrong with snuggling up on the sofa all day snoozing! My senior cat is 16 years old now (although he certainly doesn't act like it), so I'm used to older cats being more chilled out and recognise that they might need additional support - I'm comfortable with administering oral medication, any toppers that may need to be added to food etc. Meet & Greets 🐾 For all new clients, I require a meet & greet before accepting and confirming a booking. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your pet's routine and requirements, and make sure we're a good fit before the booking is confirmed. Please note that a booking request is not considered confirmed until I have completed the meet & greet and accepted the booking through Rover. I will also need confirmation that your cats are registered with a veterinary practice, this is non-negotiable.
