Cat care experience
Hi, I am an experienced cat carer and owner. I have rescued many cats from rescue centres like the Scratching Post, the RSPCA and Battersea Cats and Dogs home. (I am lucky enough to share my home with my now 17 year old puddy cat). I have cared for many cats over the years including cats who have special medical needs, those fur babies who are nervous and timid as well as those who love playing, like lots of attention cuddles and strokes. I am a kind and caring person who loves spending time caring for cats (and dogs and some small furry friends too)! I am reliable, honest and trustworthy and would be pleased to chat through your requests. I always send regular updates, photos and videos of your furry friend. Their well being is paramount and I hope this would ensure you feel at ease and happy they are being looked after and cared for as per your wishes. I have volunteered for the RSPCA at a local centre caring for lovely but sadly unwanted and abused dogs. Going for walks, playing fun ball games and helping to socialise them. I have completed a Veterinary Care Assistants Course which includes Pet First Aid. I also have a current police DBS check. I have fabulous reviews & references for past cat and dog sitting 🐾🐾😊

Ashleigh did drop-in visits, morning and evening, for five days and I couldn’t be happier. My cat clearly adores her. She made sure he was kept well fed and watered, and entertained with toys and play. I got lots of lovely updates including videos, and she even left a couple of little personalised gifts. Very highly recommended!
Ashleigh looked after our two cats brilliantly over a 2-3 day period. One of our cats can be quite reclusive when we’re away, but she seemed relaxed and sociable around Ashleigh, which really put our minds at rest. We received plenty of photos and videos throughout, which was lovely to see, and communication was excellent. On one occasion, one of the cats didn’t show up for breakfast and Ashleigh let us know straight away. Everything turned out to be absolutely fine, but it was reassuring to know she was keeping such a close eye on them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Ashleigh looked after our cat Beau for a week while we were away, and we couldn’t have been happier. We felt completely reassured knowing he was getting so much love, attention and care. She sent twice-daily updates with photos and videos, was always punctual and thorough, and clearly took the time to make Beau feel comfortable and happy. We trust her completely, would absolutely recommend her to others, and will definitely book with her again next time we’re away. Beau seems very content in her company!
