I work part-time and am available for cat sitting visits in the mornings, evenings and lunchtimes on most days - let me know if you have preferred timings when you would like me to visit as I can generally be flexible.

I will arrange a visit with you before your booking so that we can get to know each other and for me to meet your cat too! You can show me where your cat's food, water and any toys or medication are kept and share any other helpful information with me. I can either collect your keys with me then and there, or can pop back nearer the time that you'll be away.

Cat care experience
Hi, I'm Alice and I'm a charity worker and counsellor. I've had cats for my whole life and currently have two of my own - Marmite and Martha, one of which is a rehomed stray. I understand the importance of knowing your cat is in safe and friendly hands while you're away from home. I'm a regular cat sitter with Cat in the Flat and have now completed over 50 bookings via the site over almost 5 years. It's especially lovely to have owners who make repeat bookings with me and I look forward to return visits to the cats I get to know! Each cat I meet has their own quirks and I love them all, whether they're confident or a little shy. I'm happy to help out while you're away, whether by taking out the bins, watering the plants or collecting up your post. I have an enhanced DBS certificate and ID, which I am happy to show as requested.

Alice lived close by and visited morning and evening, she saw my cat on most visits and sent details of her visit with photos. All worked well I will use her again.
Alice came a few days before the booking date to meet our girls and find out about their routine and where things are kept. She did not rush this and listened to everything carefully which made me feel super confident entrusting their care to Alice. I got pictures and texts at every visit, and arrived back to well cared for, happy kitties, very grateful for everything and won’t hesitate to ask her again if need be.
Alice was perfect, came to meet my cat and was very good with her. Sent me photos of her every visit and was super helpful in general. Couldn’t have asked for any better! Thanks so much
